Intel-based Mac
Mac OS X 10.5.2 or greater ("Leopard") or
Mac OS X 10.4.11 ("Tiger")
Internet connection required for product registration.
Headsets and Audio
We reccomend the use of Digital USB Headsets. Different Headsets will give you different results depending on quality.
You should always use the headsets included with the package you purchase.

Q: Can I use MacSpeech Dictate to transcribe interviews?
A: No, MacSpeech can only transcribe dictated speech from a single trained voice.
Q: Will the software be able to transcribe recorded dictation from a notetaker/dictaphone?
A: At this stage MacSpeech Dictate can not handle recordings. There are plans to release a module for this ability at an undetermined time in the future. This may be at additional cost. We will keep you posted through the website!
